Our design team owns 5 core members and 2 of them are senior engineers with more than 10 years of experience in mould design industry. They have a wealth of knowledge in design software such as AutoCAD and are able to show our clients with design drawings, punch patterns and 3D models. Case 1

Details:
In 2006, client from Egypt wanted to order custom punches with patterns and provided us with design drawings. Our design team spent more than 10 days on the 3D model due to its complexity and multiple requirements. The client was super satisfied with our design capability because of the well-designed 3D model and then we started to manufacture punches for him. No soon later he ordered another 15 punches in succession after receiving the first mould.

Details:
An Iran client complained with us during the exhibition about the ceramic tiles manufactured from his workshop have the disadvantages of uneven thickness and density as well as sintering deformation, and he is willing to order a batch of new ceramic moulds from us. He also invited our technical experts to his workshop and hoped that we could give some professional advice on his problems. After on-the-spot investigation, the problems are solved and this client was really satisfied with our attitude, and ordered 5 sets of ceramic moulds in total.
