A mold assembly for double floating floor tiles is one of our newly developed, high tech products. It is an ideal choice for the production of large, high quality tiles in multiple batches instead of a single tile in cases where individual production of large tiles (600 x 600mm, 800 x 800mm, or other larger sizes) is not an economic choice. This machine can reduce tile resistance due to the expansion of the stamping die, ultimately reducing deformation and damage to the tiles due to a mold that is too small. This effectively improves the product performance rate.
